Glamour Beauty Clinic Policies & Procedures

Junior & Senior Discounts

We offer a 10% discount on all of our treatments to under 18's and over 65's. Photo ID must be shown at the till when paying.

 

Late Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling's at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment to a maximum of £30 to be added to your next appointment. If we manage to fill the appointment you will not be charged.

 

Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have to forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled. In the case of a rescheduled appointment a fee of 50|% of the appointment will be imposed.

 

Not Showing for an Appointment

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the missed service to a maximum of £30 which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments will result in you no longer being treated at the salon.

 

Service Guarantee & Refunds

 

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, offer you a refund at the managers discretion.

 

Treatment Deposits

For treatments over £100 you will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule the appointment you must do so within at least 48 hours in order to not lose the deposit. Deposit amounts are as follows:

 

£100 - £149 = £30

£150+ - £349 = £50

£350+ = £100

 

 

Consent & Health History

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately. Patch tests are required at least 24 hours before the following treatments:

 

Eyelash Extensions
Eyelash or Eyebrow Tint
Lash Lift
Microblading or Nano

 

Consent forms must be completed prior to the above treatments as well as aesthetic & skin treatments. If it is your first time visiting the clinic please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment to request the form from reception.

 

Our right to refuse service

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

 

Treating Minors

We do not offer aesthetics or Eyelash Extensions to anyone under the age of 18. We do not offer microblading or Nano to under 18's unless it is for medical circumstances such as alopecia. Under 18's must be accompanied to the salon by an adult.
